The Building

Diamante del Sol — directly on Jacó Beach, steps from town.

Diamante del Sol is one of the few Jacó buildings that puts you on the sand and inside the walkable center at the same time. Most beachfront buildings are one or the other.

Beachfront pool and palms at Diamante del Sol, Jacó

The setting

On the sand.

The building fronts the beach with its own gated path to the sand — no roads to cross, no highway to dodge. The pool sits between the tower and the water, ringed with palms and loungers, and the sunsets from that pool deck are the reason people come back.

The neighborhood

Walk everywhere.

You're in central Jacó. That means a short walk — not a drive — to Graffiti, Green Room, El Barco, Súper Poás for groceries, the farmers market on Fridays, surf schools on the sand, and the after-dinner crowd that spills onto Avenida Pastor Díaz. Leave the rental car parked most days.

Getting there

A short hop from San José.

Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) is roughly 90 minutes by road — down through the coffee country and out to the coast. Our concierge can arrange the transfer, or you can rent a car at the airport and drive yourself. Liberia (LIR) is about four hours if you'd rather fly into Guanacaste.
